CHARACTER CREATION
Players will create a level 16 Character. 

Players MUST use Standard Array or Point Buy

Players May use Any Character options that appear in any first party 5e book from wizards of the coast and Take average hit points.

Players can select one Very Rare magical item and 3 others of Rare Rarity or less

If you chose a background that has no feat, add a feat from the 2024 origin feat list.

Unearthed Arcana and homebrew will not be used.
