​Want to check out what Magic is all about? Our in house judge and tournament organizer will be hanging out and running this event! It's an open house style event where you come in, and get 2 packs of Jumpstart with your ticket. You get to shuffle those packs together to get a complete deck! Then you can play against an opponent while learning the rules of the game in a super casual low-stakes environment. You'll receive some extra goodies and promos for attending!

Murders at Karlov Manor Prerelease! This will be a 6 pack sealed TWO-HEADED GIANT event where every player will receive a Prerelease kit containing 6 play boosters, a spindown d20 die, and a foil promo. You'll play 3 rounds of swiss and prizing will be based on round wins. 

We may not be able to guarantee you a partner, so please pick your partner before the event.

Each Team May Share a Card Pool

You and your partner each have 30 life. Rounds are best of 1 game. You and your partner will go through each step and phase of your turn. You may not tap your mana to cast your partners spells, but spells and abilities that say "target player or target permanent" may be used on your partner. Be careful of anything that specifies "you" because that means you cannot use it on your partner. "Each opponent" will count towards each individual opponent on the other team, for example.

Players will be able to choose one of the in stock Lorcana Starter Decks.  Players will use that starter deck to play three rounds of Lorcana, each round consisting of 1 game.  New players are welcome to attend this event, there will be skilled players in the event that will be able to help newer players learn how to play.  Players are also encouraged to bring their trade binders to trade cards between rounds.

"What is Warhammer School?" you ask, it is a chance to sit down in an friendly environment to learn the basics of Warhammer 40K. You will be taught how to play by the store owner David Bibby, and his sidekick Jason. 

"What do I need to participate?" A rule book is helpful but not required. We will provide everything you need, including models you can borrow so you can learn the game. There is a $25 charge to this course. You will get dice, objectives, a dice bag, a tape measure, and a brain full of knowledge for your $25.

"Okay, I'm sold when is it, how can I sign up?" We are running this event Sunday mornings starting March 24th, with the last session on April 21st. Sessions will run form 9:30am to 12pm. You can sign up at the link below, or instore.

"Do I have to attend all the sessions?" The sessions are designed to build on each other. Ideally you will want to attend all the lessons, we will be unable to offer "make-up" sessions if you miss one. However, if you have to miss one you can still attend the rest.

Players under the age of 14 need to be accompanied by and adult taking the program.
