Speak again the ancient oaths!

The city of Karanak teeters on the brink. As Odium's army closes in, a highstorm rages overhead, and the people cry out for heroes. You and your companions must make a fateful choice: defend the Soulcaster whose magic keeps the city alive, or risk everything to free innocent singers imprisoned behind enemy lines. Whether they choose protection or liberation, at least one hero will have a chance to swear the First Ideal and become Radiant.

This one-shot adventure is built for 3rd level characters and packed with moral choices, tense battles, and the possibility of swearing the First Ideal--unlocking the first spark of Radiant Power. This adventure is designed to introduce players to advanced play within the Stormlight RPG system, allowing for custom characters and investiture use. Pregenerated characters are also available upon request. Previous experience with the Stormlight RPG, Brandon Sanderson's novels, or any TTRPG experience is not needed; GM Kit will be happy to help new players dive right into the game.

This game will run from 1-5PM. If players need additional help with character creation or have queries about the system, please reach out to GM Kit; they will be happy to schedule a one-on-one or to come in earlier to touch base with you.

PLAYERS MUST:

Create a level 3 Stormlight Character OR reach out to GM Kit for a pregenerated character.

Use content printed in the Stormlight RPG books for their character creation.

Be age 15 or older. 

PLAYERS CANNOT:

Use homebrew content.

I've been running games at the Claw for a while now, but I've been running my at-home games for over a decade and a half, splitting my attention between D&D and alternative titles. I enjoy rules-lite, story-heavy experiences; I like when players surprise me and think outside of the box.
