Play 3 rounds of swiss pairings with prizing at the end of Round 3 based on round wins. 3x round wins gets you 6 Play Boosters of The Hobbit, 2x round wins gets you 3 Play Boosters, 1 and 0 round wins gets you a pack for playing and promos will be distributed by the Tournament Organizer.
